Social Media Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic "Social Media Manager" to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence, driving audience engagement, and increasing brand awareness.
What you will be doing
- Understanding our social portfolio in-depth, set branding strategies & targets and lay out a detailed plan on how you will achieve those targets.
- Brand amplification strategies using organic social techniques.
- Brand amplification strategies using paid social techniques.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Setting your own targets and failing to achieve; we won’t believe in excuses; set your own standard and do everything to achieve.
- Depending on the senior team to chase you; we are looking for someone who is responsible.
- Passive or reactive working; we expect you to be proactive; generally, responsible teammates are.
- Don’t expect we will spoon-feed you in anything. Feel free to discuss and set your own directions.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing organic and paid Social Media campaign with a proven track record.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Understanding & experience of external tools like e.g. Sales Navigator; automation & reporting tools.
- Exposure to international culture especially the United Kingdom.
